Extended Group Headshot Sessions

(For businesses seeking high quality headshots for their employees)

FEES: Hourly session fee + fee/image

Hourly session fee : $150/hour (includes the time to take the photos, edit them and upload them to a password protected private image gallery for viewing

Fee/image

• 2-5 images - $65/image
• 6-15 images - $50/image
• 16-50 images - $40/image
• 50+ images- - $35/image

INCLUDES:

• we bring the studio to your office for your convenience
• about 8-15 minute session/person
• 4 - 8 headshots/person to choose from
• Light blemish retouching and processing for optimal color and clarity
• retouched high resolution images will be emailed to you or sent to you by a download link

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Turnaround Time

• Corporate headshot clients can expect to receive their photos within 5 business days
• For groups greater than 100, please allow 10 business days for editing and electronic delivery

Delivery

• Images are e-mailed or delivered via digital download
• You will be able to order prints at reasonable prices from your private viewing gallery.

Payment

• The balance is to be paid in full by the end of your session or after you picked out your images
• Check or cash is preferred, credit card payments through Paypal or square or bank transfer are accepted

On-location Travel Fees

• travel & setup fee is included in the Las Vegas Valley
• travel fees apply outside of the Las Vegas Valley

* Group discounts only apply to headshot sessions completed on the same day, or however many consecutive days needed to fit in the entire group.
